Masking Perfection Nails is a luxury nail salon in Hamden, Connecticut, specializing in Russian structured manicures and dry pedicures. We focus on natural nail health, precision cuticle work, and long-lasting retention. Our services are appointment-only and designed for clients seeking detailed, high-end nail care in Connecticut. Booking & Scheduling To secure your preferred appointment time, we highly recommend booking in advance. Our calendar is open 60 days ahead for your convenience. To maintain an efficient schedule and best accommodate all clients, appointment times may occasionally be adjusted slightly before or after the originally booked time. If an adjustment is made, you will receive a text and/or email notification with the updated appointment time. If the revised time works for you, simply confirm via the email or text notification. If it does not, you may reply to request another suitable time. We appreciate your understanding and flexibility, which allows us to continue providing exceptional service. If your desired time is unavailable, you can join our waitlist by selecting your preferred date and opting in to be notified when a spot becomes available. Cancellation Policy As an appointment-only luxury salon, each time slot is reserved specifically for you. We kindly require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. Appointments canceled within 48 hours, or missed appointments, will be subject to a 100% service charge. This policy allows us to protect our time and offer availability to clients on our waitlist. Payment Methods We accept cash, Zelle, and Apple Cash as payment methods.
CANCELLATION POLICY
CANCELLATION, RESCHEDULING & NO-SHOW POLICY Masking Perfection Nails requires a minimum of 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Appointments canceled or rescheduled within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment time are subject to a fee of 100% of the scheduled service total. No-shows are also responsible for 100% of the scheduled service total. A valid card is required to be kept on file for booking. ILLNESS & HEALTH POLICY For the health and safety of our clients and service provider, please do not attend your appointment if you are experiencing symptoms of illness, including but not limited to fever, vomiting, contagious respiratory symptoms, or other symptoms that may pose a risk to others. If you become ill, please contact Masking Perfection Nails as soon as possible so your appointment can be canceled or rescheduled appropriately. Illness does not automatically waive our 48-hour cancellation policy. Appointments canceled or rescheduled within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment time remain subject to the applicable late-cancellation fee, including when the cancellation is due to illness. Clients should never attend an appointment while sick in an effort to avoid a cancellation fee. Masking Perfection Nails reserves the right to decline or discontinue service when a client arrives displaying symptoms of illness. If an appointment must be canceled upon arrival because of illness, the appointment remains subject to the applicable cancellation fee. LATE ARRIVALS A 15-minute grace period is provided for late arrivals. Depending on the amount of time remaining, your service may need to be adjusted to ensure appointments remain on schedule. Arrival beyond the 15-minute grace period may result in the appointment being canceled. If the appointment cannot be completed due to late arrival, the client remains responsible for the scheduled appointment total. By booking an appointment with Masking Perfection Nails, clients acknowledge and agree to these policies.
